Qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • Communicate promptly and professionally with customers through phone, email, and chat channels to address customer queries, provide updates on loan applications, and assist with any concerns.

  • Offer accurate and timely information to customers regarding loan products, application processes, repayment terms, the status of their loan applications, any changes in loan terms or conditions, and general inquiries.

  • Initiate outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, or gather necessary documentation for loan processing.

  • Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns raised by customers during interactions.

  • Utilize language skills to assist non-English-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the same level of service and understanding as English-speaking customers.

  • Analyze customer needs and financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products or services tailored to their requirements, and provide guidance on loan options, interest rates, repayment plans, and eligibility criteria based on individual customer circumstances.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional loan products, such as insurance, credit protection, or loan consolidation, to maximize sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines in all customer interactions, documentation, and loan processing activities.

  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
