V2X is seeking a junior Program Analyst to support the Navy at Patuxent River, MD.

Responsibilities

• What You'll Do:

• We are looking for a Junior Program Analyst for the HALO (Hypersonic Air Launch Ordinance) program.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Support the program team operations, including but not limited to travel, asset needs, calendars and meetings.

• Assist in analytical evaluation of program/ project objectives.

• Help the team coordinate requirements, status updates, budgets, and schedules

• Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

• Work with Missile Systems IPT Leads, Engineers, Test Leads and other Analysts to compile requirements, Statements of Work and cost estimates for FY budgets and emergent requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, business management or related field, from an accredited college or university

• Experience:

• 1-3 years of related experience

• Experience with DTS (Defense Travel System) and the JTR (Joint Travel Regulations) is preferred

• Software:

• DTS – Defense Travel System

• CSPT - Common Spend Plan Tool

• MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel

• Technology:

• Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.

• Skills:

• Highly motivated and capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced, schedule constrained, and complex security environment

• Team-oriented self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflict in a constructive manner, and produce quality products efficiently

• Strong conceptual thinking and innovation skills

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• An active US Government Secret Clearance
