General Profile
Performs collection work on accounts to minimize bad debt losses, support collections, and profitable sales
Organize work list to prioritize past due accounts by outstanding dollars, risks levels, pay history and overall customer value by running a detailed aging report in Collections System or the Forecasted Aging Report
Reconcile transactions and/or accounts.
Record detailed notes of all collection and dispute management activities related to customer accounts

Ensures guideline adherence and alignment to the standardized process landscape.
Spearheads quality efforts and guides the quality verifiers team.
Monitors review progress and alerts the review manager if any concerns are observed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
