Insight Global Practice Manager in Pasadena, California

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Practice Manager to work out of their plastic surgery center in Pasadena, CA. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the surgery schedule, meeting profitability targets, maximizing physician/staff productivity, and for transitioning new consultations into patients. The Practice Manager will work closely with the Leadership team, specifically the Regional Business Director and EVP of Sales, regarding driving sales revenue and financial/budget reporting and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a balance of medical practice management experience (ideally in plastic/cosmetic surgery environment) combined with a proven track record in sales/sales management.

-Contributes to and collaboratively works with sales consultants to implement strategic sales initiatives while maximizing revenue and expanding customer base

-Preform sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly

-Oversee the surgery schedule and assume the responsibility of making sure surgeries commence

-Ensures that both the front and the back of the house are staying on track, with a primary focus on front of the house management (i.e. patient troubleshooting, coaching and training front office team)

Skills and Requirements

-Sales and/or sales management experience

-Bachelor's degree

-2+ years of experience supervising 8+ employees in a clinic setting

-Solid computer skills i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

-Ability to respond to emergent or stressful situations -Sales and/or sales management experience in a private practice null
