Robert Half is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin. As the Customer Service Representative, you will primarily be making outbound calls and play a crucial role in providing essential information and support to California residents during emergencies, disasters, and other critical situations. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Conduct proactive outreach calls to inform State of California residents on emergency readiness and offer assistance to affected individuals or communities.
Provide Information and Assistance: Respond to inquiries regarding emergency procedures, disaster preparedness, and other relevant topics.
Maintain accurate Records: Document all interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the designated database.
Adhere to Procedures: Follow established protocols, guidelines, and operating procedures for handling calls.
Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on talking points and scripts and using best practices.
Requirements
Requirements:
Fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in phone banking environment
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
