Job Summary
Payroll Coordinator I will be responsible for all aspects of quality client service.The incumbent follows company payroll policies and procedures to complete payroll practices.
Essential Duties
Process Union/Non-Union Payrolls for both Hourly and Salary Population
Provide Daily Payroll Hypercare through HR and Employee Payroll requests submitting via HR Connect within the 2 day SLAs
Review nightly Pass thru for their respective pay groups to ensure all records pass from Workday correctly. Review Daily Error report and make necessary corrections.
Process ADP Wisely Payment manual checks, stop payments and reversal of direct deposits where needed.
Balance quarterly tax and wage registers with the Master Control to ensure all liability is allocated in the proper Qtrs and no Amended returns are needed.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Manager-Payroll
Learns and maintains knowledge of the payroll processing system and wage and tax laws to develop a trusted relationship with our clients. Corresponds with federal, state, and local tax agencies on behalf of GAF to resolve problems..
Continues self-study modules to successfully complete ADP E-time and Enterprise required training.
Assists Payroll Manager with daily tasks and projects.

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1or more years of payroll experience. Required or
Bachelor’s Degree with no experience required
