ADP Data Analytics Manager (GenAI) in Parsippany, New Jersey
ADP is hiring a Data Analytics Manager.

Every project is an opportunity to learn, experiment and make an impact. We’re looking for a hands-on Data Analytics Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll blend advanced data wrangling , applied GenAI experimentation, and sharp business analysis to drive meaningful insights and solutions. This role will share ownership for scaling our GenAI program focused on empowering our associates to manage client relationships. Your impact will grow as you bring these solutions to life across multiple businesses. Beyond GenAI, this role will also support a variety of analytics projects leveraging your skills in Python, SQL, and Tableau .
No two days are the same. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to design and implement GenAI solutions. You’ll iteratively test outputs until they hit the mark and work with our engineers and data scientists to integrate into existing systems and workflows. You will continuously monitor feedback and optimize prompts to ensure quality and impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Data Analytics Manager at ADP.
GenAI Solutions: Partner with business teams to develop and refine GenAI use cases, including prompt engineering, testing and feedback cycles.
Tableau: Troubleshoot and optimize Tableau dashboards and data sources to ensure accuracy and performance.
Advanced Analytics: Perform adhoc analysis and develop clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
Continuous Learning: Discover new techniques in the work of GenAI and bring learnings back to inspire innovation and help the team overcome roadblocks.
An advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science or relevant coursework is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills and experience to do the job. To be successful in this role, you’ll have 5-7 years of experience in the same or similar role.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, ML/AI, Computer Science or relevant coursework.
Work experience with GenAI solutions, with hands-on experience in crafting prompts using Python.
Strong SQL and Python skills and experience working in cloud data environments like Databricks or AWS.
Proven experience in Tableau dashboard creation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Analytical mindset and curiosity for solving ambiguous problems.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal with a collaborative working style.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate into data science requirements, techniques, and solutions.
