Robert Half Controller in Parsippany, New Jersey
Description
Growing equipment sales office seeks a part time Controller to prepare financial statements, process a/p, a/r, payroll, submit payments for taxes, wire transfer monies to parent company, work with the EVP on budgeting (small budget, not very sophisticated).
Degree not required, experience in above duties, required. 20 hours a week, 4-5 days a week, with flexibility on start time/end time.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP system preferably SAGE 100, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
