Overview
- The purpose of the Fleet & Operations Support Personnel is to support USA operations of JANX by assisting with vehicle preparation, mobilization, and demobilization based on project or customer demands as well as assisting with all building maintenance, darkroom repair and refurbish, vehicle maintenance, shop tasks, and welding fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Support all the operational requirements as needed for project mobilization, demobilization or other operational needs in the timelines as required; this includes preparing and loading of trucks ensuring proper supplies and equipment as need for the type of work (radiography) and ensuring vehicle is operable and field ready by the customer driven timelines.
- Support and assist with equipment builds such as darkrooms under the direction of the Shop Supervisor.
- Support with equipment refurbish including darkrooms ensuring the construction is safe and correct, according to specifications.
- Support basic vehicle maintenance and repairs under the direction of the Shop Supervisor.
- Support and assist with routine building maintenance such as air filters, lightbulbs, and other required building maintenance as requested by the Operations Manager for the Parma office.
- Assist with vehicle drop off or retrieval as work and field operations requirements change.
- Assist with other JANX office requirements such as inventory and transporting JANX property for office closures or openings.
- Follow and enforce the Company required safe work practices and procedures at all times.
- Follow and enforce Company policies at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and promote a positive customer service attitude internally and externally
- Enforce and abide the requirements of safe operation and personal safety using required Personal Protective Equipment and Safe Practices per company policy
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalency diploma preferred.
- General shop, maintenance, and general construction experience preferred.
- Fleet experience
- Welding expeirence preferred
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
