West Virginia State Job Bank Physician SMG in Parkersburg, West Virginia
The successful candidates will be expected to practice in the primary location of Parkersburg, WV. Duties: Provide preventative care and manage chronic diseases in adult patients in an outpatient primary care setting. Discuss patient medical history and symptoms. Conduct thorough physical examinations. Order bloodwork, imaging, and other tests as needed. Make diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescribe medications. Qualifications: Applicants must have a MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent. Must have completed an ACGME accredited residency in Internal Medicine. Must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine. State medical license and DEA registration are required. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
