Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Tasks are assigned by nursing staff in clear, detailed and specific instructions. CNAs work as instructed and seek guidance on matters not specifically covered in the original instructions. Work is reviewed through progress checks for accuracy, adequacy and adherence to standards, instructions and established procedures.
What you’ll do:
Contributes to the assessment of the health status of patients.
Assist medical/nursing staff in the examination, treatment and care of patients, including the transport of patients and equipment and assisting in the admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
Perform administrative requirements, such as completing necessary forms, charts, reports, etc., and submit these as may be required.
Communicate patient information with care teams.
Assist patients/families with meals or changing bed linens.
Reports any changes in a patient's condition to the Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse.
Must have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse environment.

Must be a local high school or college student exploring a healthcare career
Current Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of MN

Pay Range
$18.77 - $24.25 /hour
