Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

A typical day in the position involves cycle counts, data entry, forklift driving, saw operation, computer systems, and efficiency. Safety is the top priority at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.

  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Perform data entry tasks as required.

  • Utilize computer systems for various warehouse operations.

  • Operate saw machinery safely.

  • Ensure high standards of safety are maintained at all times.

Work Environment

The role is based in a production facility with high expectations for production numbers and efficiencies. The warehouse environment accommodates 150-160 full-time employees (FTEs). Dress code includes jeans, t-shirt, steel-toed shoes, and PPE provided by the employer. Shifts are as follows: 1st: 6am-2pm, 2nd: 2pm-10pm, 3rd: 10pm-6am. Working 7 days a week is required for at least the next 3 months, with one Sunday off per month.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Park City, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.20 - $20.20/hr.
