The Collateral Supply Chain team has an exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial individual who is looking to gain exposure and experience in Supply Chain. Our team is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply of collateral material for all ELC brands into the region. The person will gain exposure to purchasing, logistics, distribution and customer service.

Description of the brand and the team: Collateral Supply Team is a unique department because we manage the end-to-end supply of materials for EMEA. What does that mean? That means we touch and are involved in every aspect starting at an offering all of the way down the value chain to consumption at door. We touch, production, ordering, indirect procurement, finance, vendor management, transportation, DC ops and market consumption. Given we own the entire supply, we are always looking to find ways to improve and enhance tools and technology to support our everyday operations. Key responsibilities:

The Collateral Supply Chain team has an exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial individual who is looking to gain exposure and experience in Supply Chain. We are currently looking for a person to support two distinct areas: one our collateral supply function and two, the implementation of a Retail Replenishment project. From the Collateral Supply perspective, the person will gain exposure to purchasing, logistics, distribution, inventory management and customer service. From a Retail Replenishment project, the person will support a highly critical supply chain project from pilot phase to implementation and roll out..

Key tasks:

1) To assist with the implementation of various regional projects to improve ways of working with updated technology. Projects include analyzing brand inventory and excess, proposing options to the brand, discuss with our affiliates how to reduce inventory and make follow ups.

2) To help with the go live of our Retail Replenishment Revolution project which will optimize the FSS replenishment of basic, new product launch and limited life finished goods across EMEA. Supporting the go live and roll out plan across markets and brands.

3) The candidate will also support the CRSM collateral team in day-to-day activities to ensure proper on time and in full supply of goods. Activity includes ensuring optimal levels of inventory through redeployments and reallocations of goods, communication of availability to markets and escalating any risks of delay.

4) To support the excess review process through creation of branded reports, communication of risk of excess by brand and by market, and follow through with all action plans at a sku by market basis.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • First experience in supply chain desirable

  • Business school or engineering M1 M2

  • Professional English (daily working language)

  • Good command of the office pack (SAP, Excel , PowerBI Outlook)

  • Ability to synthesise information and be rigorous with figures

  • Taste for teamwork
