The Philips BR eakthrough I nnovation TE ams ( BRITE ) are the embodiment of Philips' new approach to driving breakthrough innovation. The BRITE approach accelerates innovation by being the organizational sandbox to nurture nascent projects from the early innovation stage to the full ability to scale.

The BRITE Program Leads, reporting directly to Research, will be the key leaders for individual BRITE programs, with full end-to-end responsibility, as role models with intrapreneurial characteristics of agility, creativity, speed, and drive (to name a few).

Your role:

• You will be responsible for the systems verification activities of the CI&I BRITE solution and will work in an international team.

• You will design Verification Strategy and Protocols to cover System Requirements for end-to-end Functional and non-functional (performance) tests for an innovative clinical data platform providing real-time analytics.

• Lead and participate to the product verification activities, including the verification strategy, planning and report

• Define and execute the manual and automated verification protocols

• Ensure the product functions, quality and performances comply to the expectations

• Help to define and implement a test automation framework and other verification tools (like simulators)

• Set-up and maintain test and demo environment

• Review the product requirements, and ensure their coverage through comprehensive traceability

• Participate to the investigation, resolution and verification of product defects and other customer feedbacks

Experience and skills

• Master’s degree in computer science or related field required

• At least 3 years of experience in systems verification in a research and development team

• Working experience of software verification activities (strategy, protocol development, execution…)

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Rigor, customer focus, accurate, thorough, quality driven, tech savvy

• Test automation: UI test automation (e.g. Selenium) or performance test automation

• Able to set up and maintain virtualized environment (Azure, AWS,…)

• Experience with cloud native applications is a plus

• ISTQB certified would be a plus.

Les responsables des programmes BRITE, relevant directement du département Research, seront les principaux meneurs de chaque programme BRITE, avec l'entière responsabilité de bout en bout, en tant que rôle model présentant des caractéristiques intrapreneuriales d'agilité, de créativité, de rapidité et de dynamisme (parmi d’autres).

Votre rôle :

• Vous aurez en charge la vérification de la solution BRITE de CI&I, au sein d’une équipe internationale

• Vous concevrez la stratégie et les protocoles de vérification pour les tests système fonctionnel et non fonctionnels d’une plateforme innovante de stockage et d’analyse des données cliniques

• Mener et contribuer aux activités de vérification des produits, y compris la définition de la stratégie, la planification, le suivi de l’exécution et la rédaction des rapports

• Définir et exécuter les protocoles de vérification manuels et automatiques

• Assurer que les fonctionnalités, la qualité et les performances du produit sont conformes aux attentes

• Contribuer à la mise en place d’un système de tests automatiques et d’autres outils de test (comme des simulateurs)

• Mettre en place et maintenir les environnements de test et de démo

• Revoir les spécifications du produit, assurer leur couverture complète et construire la traçabilité entre les tests et les spécifications

• Participer à l’investigation, la résolution et la verification des bugs et autres retours des utilisateurs sur les produits

Formation et experiences

• Diplôme d’ingénieur en informatique ou équivalent

• Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en vérification système en R&D

• Expérience concrète dans les principaux aspects de la vérification de produits logiciels (strategie, rédaction de protocoles, exécution …)

• Anglais courant à l’oral et à l’écrit

• Rigueur, compréhension des besoins utilisateurs, attention aux détails, intérêts pour les nouveautés techniques

• Être en mesure de déployer des solutions d’automatisation de test UI (e.g. Selenium) et/ou de performance

• Savoir déployer et maintenir des systèmes virtualisés (AWS, Azure, …)

• Une expérience en vérification d’applications cloud-native serait un plus

• Une formation ou certification en vérification système ou software (e.g. ISTQB) serait un plus
