Internship Overview

The Point-of-Sale & Gratis Intern will collaborate to provide a high touch customer experience by assisting with the launch, promotional and basic collateral in assigned brands/doors (partner locations) and support customer service inquiries regarding gratis programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch service for counter teams for MAC and Estee Lauderbrands

  • Communicates with counter teams by composing accurate,prompt and effective replies.

  • Assess counter calls, research and makes decisions on appropriate actions on a case-by-case basis (ie: provide tracking, input request)

  • Log case notes and performs necessary follow ups

  • Develops an understanding of brands launch calendars, no-cost materials and merchandising elements

  • Attend weekly team meetings to review upcoming calendar by brand; review any issues, foster team building

  • Support the Field teams and contribute to NA Sales targets by ensuring a visually compelling in-store environment (via high touch service for counter team calls)

  • SupportGratis calls and emails, research and makes decisions on appropriate actions on a case-by-case basis (ie: provide tracking, issue refund, issue award).

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English language.

  • French knowledge is a plus.

  • Self-aware of their work and is open to receiving feedback. Ability to work in teams and independently if required.

  • High-touch service: Manages to create a trust-based relationship with their peers, managers, and clients through active listening, customer service, proactivity, and many others.
