  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.

  • Provide customers with product and service information. Disclosure of terms of agreement for said products or services.

  • Enter new customer information into the system.

  • Update existing customer information.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues.

  • Route calls to appropriate resources.
