First Division Consulting Senior Logistician in Panama City, Florida
Join our dynamic team at First Division Consulting as a Senior Logistician to oversee logistics efforts and ensure successful delivery of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements for mission-critical Navy and DoD systems. We are looking for an innovative and dedicated professional to support our mission and ensure seamless supply chain management. This position is ideal for a logistics expert with leadership experience and a deep understanding of littoral warfare systems.
Location: NSWC Panama City Division (Panama City, FL)
Contingent upon contract award
Responsibilities:
Provide senior-level logistics leadership, including documentation development and lifecycle support for NAVSEA/NAVAIR systems.
Leading logistics initiatives and driving improvements in supply chain efficiency.
Providing expert guidance on logistics strategies and best practices.
Oversee the creation and delivery of Maintenance Plans and IETMs.
Ensure alignment with Integrated Product Support (IPS) standards and program objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, acquisition, and operations teams.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of logistics experience in a senior or supervisory role.
Recent (within 4 years) experience managing the development of Maintenance Plans and IETMs.
A proven track record of leading logistics projects and improvements.
Deep working knowledge of logistics supports mine warfare, diving systems, amphibious systems, and other littoral mission systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex logistical challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
Experience supporting NAVSEA, NAVAIR, or DoD equivalent programs.
Clearance Required: Active Top Secret.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
Light to moderate lifting may be required.
Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
