First Division Consulting Graphic Design/Web Content Manager (On-Site) in Panama City, Florida

Contingent upon contract award.

Location: Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving (CEODD), Panama City, FL

First Division Consulting is actively seeking a Graphic Design/Web Content Manager to offer integral support in support of (ISO) of Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD)/ Navy Diver (ND) Accessions and Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC) Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) processes. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining web presence for the EOD, ND rates, and CEODD requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Navy web pages, intranet, and content tailored to EOD, ND rates, and CEODD specifications, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts for technical data.

  • Design web-based delivery avenues for CEODD / Learning Site (LS) encompassing essential training, learning objectives, student control, student data, and other digital content approved by the Navy, Naval Education Training Command (NETC), and CEODD / LS.

  • Manage CEODD and associated learning sites' command-level utilization of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365. Offer support to CEODD staff on departmental usage and growth of these applications.

  • Update Navy and DOD sites with CEODD domain specifics and ensure seamless integration of the CEODD domain with Navy and DOD web services.

  • Counsel CEODD staff regarding upgrades needed to maintain and improve web-based tools to address present and future demands.

  • Work productively both autonomously and within team settings.

  • Establish, document, and uphold standard operating procedures for the regular maintenance of web content in the CEODD domain.

  • Guarantee all content is accurate, reviewed, and authorized before posting or submission.

  • Design web page formats, devise graphics, and enhance web structure for easy browser navigation.

  • Offer expertise, guidance, and training about website usage and web-based tools.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship required.

  • Active Secret Clerance required.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in web content management and graphic design, preferably in a Navy or DOD setting.

Skills:

  • Robust capability in web design, content creation, and graphic design.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in web development, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and training purposes.
