Job Description:
This position handles day-to-day service issues within Brokerage. He/She works with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of brokers to ensure customer satisfaction is met. He/She facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily target.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management.
Ensure adherence to UPS policies, procedures and quality standards.
Regularly update management on team progress and key issues.
Conduct coaching sessions and meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree preferably with Finance background
Experience in managing a team is a plus
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Strong understanding of process in Logistics, Services and Collection process
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate across all levels of the organization
Proficient in MS Office Applications especially Excel
Organizational and Time Management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Should report onsite everyday Mondays to Saturdays
