What you will do
Expertise of Liaison IV skills and knowledge PLUS:
Reviews and analyzes all registration edit reports and ensures that corrections to the database are made in a timely manner
Maintains master appointment schedule
Coordinates day to day support operations and services for the program
Serves as a resource to other staff in registration, benefits, and authorization process
Serves as a subject matter expert for team members
Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures and suggests methods for improvement
Escalates to manager as appropriate
Runs morning huddle in the absence of Manager
Assigns daily work schedules, adjusts work for staff
Manages Liaison’s timecards
Prepares monthly productivity report from data supplied by staff and other ad-hoc reports as requested
Administers and evaluates competency evaluations of new staff and provides on the job training
Participates in registration orientation for new staff
In the absence of the Operations Manager, maintains operations of the department
Ability to demonstrate supervisory skills
Education Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Associates degree in health-related field from an accredited college or university OR Bachelor’s degree Preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Four or more years of overall experience

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $33.11 - $42.21 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
