Rubrik Internal Communications Senior Manager - 6 Month Contract in Palo Alto, California

Job Summary

Rubrik’s Global Comms Team is looking for an Internal Communications Senior Manager to help craft and deliver impactful company-wide communications that keep our team informed and engaged. This person will report to the Director of Internal Communications and support key stakeholders across the company. This is a full time (40 hours a week) hybrid position based out of Rubrik’s Palo Alto Office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Draft and edit engaging internal communications, including emails, slack posts, intranet content, video scripts, and more.

  • Advise stakeholders across the business on internal communications strategy, including: channel, timing, voice, and corporate messaging.

  • Help employees understand the unique value of working at Rubrik, and reinforce our mission, culture, and values through internal comms.

  • Project manage our internal communications intake process/calendar, intranet, and distribution of internal comms.

  • Support all-company meetings by creating compelling content and managing event logistics to ensure a great experience for our hybrid audience.

  • Help brainstorm creative new ways to engage our global team and continue to improve internal communications at Rubrik.

Experience you’ll need:

  • 8 + years experience working in communications, with a focus on employee/internal communications.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on creating employee-centric, engaging content including: emails, slack posts, video scripts, talking points, etc.

  • Project management skills with superb attention to detail.

  • Nice to Have: experience working at a PR agency and/or a high-growth, global company.

This position is a 6 month contract. The selected candidate will be referred to a staffing agency for employment onboarding for the six-month term. Rubrik is not accepting applications/submissions from agencies for this role.
