PARC is incubating a new software venture in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) space, based on industry-leading technology developed at PARC. Building of a world-class group of scientists and engineers with decades of experience in prognostics and system health monitoring, the new venture has ambitions to redefine how industrial equipment is managed.
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join the new venture developing predictive maintenance applications for commercial clients of PARC. The ISR will be a pre-sales and post sales specialist responsible for a range of sales and business activities. A key member of the sales team, you will build close relationships with our field sales team and with our Ecosystem partners.
Another responsibility of the ISR is supporting proposal creation and managing sales funnel.
Specific responsibilities include:
Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
Greet customers and create rapport
Responsible closing deals and processing payments
Responsible for customer follow-up
Developing leads and referrals through digital marketing
Create personal marketing plan
Achieve monthly sales quotas in terms of leads generated and closed
Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Collaborate with PARC field sales and marketing team to support the customer.
At least 3 years of commercial inside sales experience of SaaS/IIoT/PdM solutions pre-sales.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies
Track record of successful sales and revenue growth.

Effective team player
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage several leads simultaneously
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
