Today, Koch Air, has eleven branch locations, 35 delivery vehicles, and more than 300,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to lead our team as the Store Manager at a new Paducah location. This position will be actively engaged in counter and phone sales, order fulfillment and building relationships with our customers while providing overall management of the operations of the store, including warehouse distribution. Responsibilities Responsible for overall management of the branch and staff Serves walk-in and phone-in customers on counter Assists in warehouse with shipping, receiving and material handling Works with Purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels Applies the continuous improvement process to all store operations including warehouse and storefront Trains team members on products, customer support services and the P21 system Qualified candidates will have the following: High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years' experience in HVAC distribution or sales along with 2 years of management. HVAC parts & supplies experience preferred Management experience preferred Strong organization and communication skills both written and verbal Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
