WHAT YOU WILL DO

Leads and coordinates all aspects of housekeeping and laundry services, driving exceptional guest and team member satisfaction to deliver unparalleled +1 service. Champions a culture of quality excellence across guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, and departmental areas. Empowers and fosters a team dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity, service, and hospitality for guests, colleagues, and customers.

  • Cleaning Expertise: Thorough knowledge of guest room cleaning methods and laundry service operation.
  • Chemical Safety: Knowledge of proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
  • Equipment Operation: Understanding of equipment like vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead the Housekeeping team to achieve exceptional quality, cleanliness, and surpass Drury standards.
  • Communication: Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Travel: May require some travel.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

  • Passion to serve others and exceed our guests’ expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred

  • Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success. Hotel housekeeping experience preferred
