In this role, the individual will direct a large team of professionals responsible for Advisory Services within a department(s). This includes ensuring advice and recommendations given are compliant and mitigate risk to the client and firm. This individual will also provide training and guidance to staff, ensuring performance expectations are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Makes recommendations to senior management regarding the Advisory Services strategy.

  • Responsible for the satisfaction of new and existing clients once new investment strategies are implemented and carried out within an assigned area.

  • Implements and informs lower-level staff of the suite of advice solutions that are approved and can be recommended to clients.

  • Manages associated resources for the services and solutions offered by Advisory Services within an assigned business unit.

  • Assists with creating reports on utilization and profitability of advice offers for senior management.

  • Possesses strong understanding of the environment and competitive landscape regarding trends for offers, pricing, and positioning.

  • Partners with peers to help cascade knowledge as needed for business partner support.

  • Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff/management, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to build and sustain a team culture of efficiency and quality.

  • Accountable for the financial and human resources of a large department/multiple departments to include budgeting, staffing resources, etc.

  • Leads and participates in special projects as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND

  • 8+ years of total relevant work experience and 2+ years of management experience

  • FINRA Licenses 7 & 66

  • CFP preferred or achieved within 2 years of hire

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

    FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role. (Refer to Required Qualifications )

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$119,000 - $215,500 USD

For the location of:

Colorado

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
