TEKsystems is currently searching for
Financial Service Representatives to start with a reputable financial
institution in Owings Mills, MD!
Job Description:
Service Associates will be supporting our clients own customers with their needs.
This position will be taking incoming calls throughout the day.
Will be talking to shareholders with a variety of calls. Calls may include; needing to change information, updating account info.
Could be very entry level calls or could be more complex with a number of things that could be coming up with their accounts.
Won't be taking any calls that require giving financial advice, but will help point their client in the right direction.
Will be working with a few different systems and web based programs.
85% of the day will consist of taking inbound phone calls.
The next 15% will consist of email correspondence and other administrative related tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of Customer Service experience required
Experience with MS Office products (MS Word, MS Outlook)
1+ years of inbound call experience preferred but not required
Strong written and communication skills (Need to be able to communicate professionally with their clients via phone and email
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm EST (must be comfortable with either shift)
*Must be comfortable commuting to Owings Mills, MD
