The Customer Service Intern is a part-time position. The candidate is required to work a minimum of three days per week with a minimum of 12 hours per week. The maximum hours allowed to work each week is 29 hours. The candidate will be responsible for the duties set forth in the description below and any other assigned duties.
Responsibilities:
Creation of CSR Newsletter
Construction of Training Videos for Staff Development
Creation of Customer Service Work Instructions & Procedures
Development of Fiscal Year Metrics pertaining to Customer Service KPI’s
Processing of Customer Driven Returns & Exchanges
Managing Multiple Customer Service Reports
Data Entry Requirements to support the general responsibilities of the Customer Service Department
Qualifications
Requirements:
Must be pursuing a degree in a related field.
Proficient computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
