Provides administrative, production, and sales support to one or more Commercial Services Officers. Under the direction of the Chief Lending Officer, acts as a liaison between Commercial Services Officers, in-process customers, and Commercial Loan Operations department.

<P>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR DUTIES: <LI> Assist in obtaining necessary information to guide applicants through the application process <LI> Enter customer loan data into Loan-Vantage, scan documents and identify items still needed <LI> Assist Commercial Services Officers with clearing conditions for closing <LI> Assist customers/contractors in preparing construction draw schedules that meet our specifications <LI> Attend closings when needed <LI> Assist with construction draws after loan closing <LI> Follow up with customers for supplying required financial information <LI> Follow up on invites to bank events

<P>Job Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: <LI> Obtain thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all commercial lending products and services <LI> Working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures that impact commercial lending <LI> Ability to establish work priorities and remain flexible; ability to respond in an effective manner to a variety of demands in fast-paced environment - Ability to adapt effectively to changes <LI> Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking and accuracy skills <LI> Strong customer service and interpersonal skills <LI> Ability to maintain use of discretion <LI> Proficient computer skills

<P>Education and/or Experience: <LI> High school diploma or equivalent required <LI> Experience in related position and preferred <LI> Experience with commercial loan documentation preferred
