Summary:

This position reports to the Director, Total Rewards, and will aid in designing, planning, and implementing policies and procedures for executive compensation programs and equity administration to ensure the organization is able to attract, motivate, retain, and reward employees. Work collaboratively with the Total Rewards team, HR business partners, HRIS, Legal, IT, Corporate Communications, and various external vendors in order to support the implementation of new systems, process standardization, auditing, analysis, communications, compliance, and administration as needed.

Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist with analyzing and designing executive compensation programs to ensure programs attract, motivate, reward, and retain top talent

  • Provide stock plan administration by processing employee grants, determine eligibility, calculate award values, coordinate grant notices, monitor and cancel awards as necessary and reconcile share pool balances

  • Prepare release and exercise details for payroll and financial reporting

  • Help develop and draft materials to be presented to senior management and the Compensation Committee

  • Support HR, legal and finance to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to executive compensation including preparation of the proxy statement and filing of SEC documents

  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting of executive compensation expenses

  • Participate in compensation surveys, conduct benchmarking and best practices analyses and develop recommendations

  • Participate in a variety of projects within our Total Rewards team that includes broad-based compensation and benefits as needed

  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience.

  • 1 year of relevant experience in HR, Business, Accounting, Finance, Compensation, or related field

  • Working toward or have a CCP, CBP, CEP, CECP or CEBS preferred

  • Experience with HRIS systems (i.e., UKG and Workday)

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

  • Strong analytical, communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters and situations

  • Able to understand and follow broad and complex instructions

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, formulas, etc., a plus.
