The Senior Process Analyst drives and leads evaluation and implementation of process improvements focusing on simplification, clarification and continuous process improvement. The incumbent matures the organization’s processes using available tools and techniques to evaluate current state, develop future state plan, assess gaps and recommend process changes to close the gap. The right individual for this role is a proven process analyst with a passion toward operational excellence, great attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the organization including senior leadership. The position requires a well-rounded individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements Gathering, Design and Implementation (25%):
Maintain consistency among current processes and drive continuous improvement and best practices for multiple areas. Develop a strategy and roadmap for each assigned process. Champion the process throughout the organization.
Defines and documents work / implementation standards for the team.
Build processes to ensure the organization continually reviews historical data to identify where process improvements would enable improved service delivery
Establish and implement a measurement strategy to better understand the process impact on the organization and identify areas for improvement across multiple lanes.
Proactively and regularly, extend, expand and mature process capabilities and tool functionality supporting the process.
Analyze customer feedback, website statistics, and other data to determine resources needed to close process gaps and identify areas of improvement.
Process and Support (40%)
Drives improvement and documents complex processes in a manner that is simple and easy to understand. Ensure the process documentation is well structured, current, assessable, accurate, and end user-friendly.
Ensure close coordination and partnership with subject matter experts to ensure content integrity, availability, quality, and accuracy.
Collaborate with Knowledge Management to identify opportunities to improve processes via available knowledge content.
Provide ad hoc management reporting, as needed.
Peer Leadership (15%):
Act as change agent to facilitate and ensure adoption.
Actively coaches and mentors others.
May act as a team lead for key areas of expertise and drive key projects or ongoing operational functions

Five (5) or more years’ experience as a process analyst responsible for developing and improving increasingly complex processes.
Bachelor’ degree in technology or related field.
Demonstrated process improvement and business solution skills and experience.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts, workflows, processes, programs and products.
Flexibility, intellectual curiosity, assertiveness and approachability.
Demonstrated success working in a matrixed organization and partnering with teams across IT and the business to facilitate and work collaboratively with teams to reach sound decisions; ability to execute given assignments in a self-directed manner, takes ownership.
Excellent interpersonal skills (including verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills) with the ability to communicate and partner effectively at all levels within the organization, with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Highly proficient with process mapping tools and techniques.
LEAN or Six Sigma experience a plus.
This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
The position requires the ability to spend long hours standing while using office equipment and computers. Occasionally sit. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Continually speaking and hearing, giving and receiving directions. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
