Overview

We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Project Team Lead to join our team. This position will directly report to the Revenue Cycle Team Directorand is responsible for for leading and assisting in assigned projects, to include training, and completing tasks assigned. This role will work with the director to provide support to the Revenue Cycle Teamand assist in the education and training of staff in relation to proper procedures and process.

  • Coordinate with RCIS (Revenue Cycle Information Systems) team to provide subject matter expertise for consideration within solution design and user experience, oversee user acceptance testing, and assist with pre and post-implementation analytics as requested.

  • Partner with leadership team in identifying and documenting project goals and deliverables, key contributors, risks, constraints, budget, and timelines.

  • Lead project meetings as delegated by Director to include, but not limited to scheduling, creating, and distributing communication materials, facilitating discussion, and recording meeting minutes.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ applicable experience, including one year of project management

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Experience with project documentation software

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of databases, technology, and process automation

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Good attention to details

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
