Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and managing case files.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively.
Ensure all deadlines are met and maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in litigation is required.
Experience in insurance defense is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in legal research and legal document management software.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
