The Role

RedMane has a full-time opportunity for a Business Analyst as we continue to grow our Ottawa based practice. The Business Analyst will be responsible for application support, configuration management as well as testing and deployment of a low code, highly configurable product. You will play a key role in product development, design and support for a state-of-the-art SaaS solution. This product incorporates leading-edge technologies, from cloud-based mobility, to data visualizations and artificial intelligence.

We are seeking to engage your inquisitive nature and inclination to learn.

Day to Day Activities include:

  • Experience in planning and leading JAD sessions and creating design documents

  • Participate in and lead systems analysis and gap analysis.

  • Support team members through the development and testing of functional designs.

  • Provide status reporting, quality assurance monitoring and ensure adherence to procedures

    Skills & Role Requirements:

  • Application Support: Triage issues and provide fixes where possible. If requiring escalation, provide feedback to Operations and Product groups. Accountable for each application environment. Assess customer feedback and make necessary improvements. Looking for patterns and make recommendations about how to improve product and services. Work with product and operations teams to bring improvements to bring to client.

  • Configuration Management: Coordination of client environments with mCase builds and patches.

  • Testing & Deployment: Test integrated software (SIT, UAT, Performance, etc.). Plan and support deployments to all client environments. Provide information and training support for clients as part of rollouts.
