Are you passionate about making CRM systems user-friendly and efficient? Do you have a knack for understanding how users interact with CRM systems? If so, we want to hear from you!

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our CRM software. This is not your typical implementation role. We need someone who can think outside the box and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analyze user scenarios within our CRM software to understand user behavior and pain points.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the user experience (UX) and overall usability of our CRM software.

  • Define and document functional, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design specifications for new features and enhancements partnering with the product team.

  • Proactively suggest improvements to existing functionalities, weighing pros and cons of each solution.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

  • Analyze support cases and defects, design solutions, verify defect fixes (L3 Support)

    You're a great fit if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the CRM software space.

  • A strong understanding of CRM functionalities and best practices across various platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, NetSuite, Infor, etc.).

  • Experience analyzing user behavior and translating it into actionable requirements.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (product, development, support). Basic Business English is required for this role. 

  • The ability to think critically, analyze data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • A strong understanding of business processes, not just technical systems.

  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing market landscape.

  • A fresh perspective and willingness to challenge existing practices.
