As a ServiceNow Architect you are expected to design and implement innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform with good knowledge on modules like ITSM, ITOM AIOPS, GENAI, SECOPS, GRC, Software Asset Management and HTSD. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance, develop integration strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices and the ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.

About You:
You will be responsible to deliver the transformation activities for the customer on the ServiceNow Platform from an architecture and solutioning perspective as per agreed timelines on ITSM, ITOM, SECOPS, GRC and SAM PRO. Manage the instance with a multi-vendor operating model. Guide customers and conduct sessions on new modules and features available on the platform and what suits their business needs.
Manage the team delivering the ServiceNow Platform.

Must Haves:
Deep Knowledge of ServiceNow Solutions: Understanding the platform’s capabilities, modules, and customization options.
ITIL Processes: Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes to align IT services with business needs.
Enterprise Environment Experience: Experience working in environments with multiple integration points
Design and Implementation: Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Large-Scale Deployments: Ability to architect and deploy large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend effective solutions.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

• Advanced Scripting and Software Development: Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and other relevant programming languages
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
