JOB SUMMARY

Perform a variety of duties at the front desk, both office tasks as well as FM related services. As the only FM service employee at the client's location, the Receptionist is the first point of contact for all FM-related inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY OBJECTIVES

oEnsuring that the reception area and guest zone is tidy. Technical installations like TV-screens, information tables and coffee machines in the premises are clean and functioning.

oGreeting visitors warmly and making sure they are comfortable.

oGuiding visitors to sign in and making sure they wear ID/guest badge, in accordance with Nets’ procedures for physical security.

oRegistering and deregistering visitors, if Nets’ self-registration system not available/ applicable

oHandle incoming inquiries to the reception, department and the company -always in accordance with the SLA and other applicable principles and procedures.

oRegistering -or using other applicable procedures to pass on inquiries and or deviations to the caretakers, technicians, cleaners, canteen or others relevant.

oCoordinate meetings in the premises, help users with the booking system.

oOrder office supplies and make sure that the office supplies room/copy room is tidy

oContact employees if personal postal packages arrive at the reception desk and provide information about the pick-up location, be it at the reception or other specified place.

oManaging taxi bookings to guest and employees

oFollow Nets’ applicable procedures in case of Fire Alarm

oAssist with first aid equipment when needed.

oOrdering a courier (Budbil)

oAssist in ordering express mail service (FeedEx, UPS, DHL etc)

oFollow Nets’ specific routines in case of Dawn raid (The Norwegian Competition Authority)

oEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with CBRE and Clients site Health & Safety procedures.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

oMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.

oRecognized Apprenticeship

oPrevious experience working in a similar building environment/business.

oIt is preferable with “Byggdrifter” education
