Job Description Summary
As R&D Logistics Specialist you are responsible for managing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs at GE HealthCare in Netherlands and its external Third Party Logistics (3PL) to support research and development and clinical studies. This role ensures the seamless supply and demand of materials, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

GE HealthCare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. Key Responsibilities
Management of logistics related to new projects and materials in R&D Programs;
Ensure logistics timelines and shipment plans is aligned with project teams;
Manage Change Controls in Quality Management System;
Collaborate with Supply Chain responsible team for warehouse set up actions;
Following up with actions owners of CCAs, monitoring the progress and closing Change Control upon completion;
Liaise with CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) RP (responsible person) for new connections and SAP setup;
Collect new product information and set up logistics routes;
Ensure all setup actions comply with QA agreements, ITC (International Trade Compliance), GxP, and other regulatory requirements (e.g., Dangerous Goods, Hazardous Chemical, Drug Enforcement Administration);
Coordinate and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies for R&D projects;
Oversight the logistics of products/materials to various R&D sites, ensuring the supply requirement been met. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field;
3-5 Years’ hands-on experience in logistics operation or supply chain operation;
Good communication and interpersonal skills to fit into a multicultural environment;
Ability to work in a collaborative work environment within a team;
Fluent English, verbal and written. Desired Qualifications
Experience with pharmaceutical or chemical industries is preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
A 2nd language (Dutch or Norwegian or Mandarin) is preferred.
