You will be in the plant management and manage the overall financial integrity and performance of the Oslo manufacturing site. You will be the driving force behind loss analysis, challenge & control budgets and flag opportunities & risks to the plant leadership team. You will be using your financial acumen to interpret data and support the manufacturing function to achieve targets. You will support and drive the delivery of the plant productivity target and future project pipeline. You will be a critical player in Oslo's IL6S journey. You will lead a team to achieve the above mentioned.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Manage finance planning and performance management processes and related financial decisions including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, setting up BOMs&IBRs, financial modeling and decision support for the Oslo plant.

  • Support a strong controls and compliance environment in the manufacturing plant. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place.

  • Partner with plant management to provide critical financial perspective and insight for business strategies and decisions. You will also monitor and adjust execution of actions.

  • Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working/processes and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.

  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team both within the Oslo plant and N&B cluster. You will also invest in personal development and the development of Finance peers.

  • Play a key role in the Oslo IL6S journey.

  • Drive loss intelligence through IL6S, best practice and local CI initiatives. Facilitate the elimination of these losses through the PDCA cycle.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • TECHNICAL SKILLS in financial planning and performance management including analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and strategy development, investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.

  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and snacking market including Supply Chain/manufacturing dynamics. Relevant experience in a large regional (or global) corporation.

  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven business partnering, influencing and communication skills; experience working as a finance leader managing cross-functional and business partner teams to make decisions and drive results.

  • INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Educated to University Degree Level (or equivalent)

  • 1-3 years relevant experience

  • Strong ability to business partner & influence stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into meaningful business recommendations

  • Strong communication skills
