Duties and Responsibilities: Operate CNC machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and/or grinders to produce metal parts. Perform setups in accordance with instructions. Read and comprehend G and M code and programs. Check parts during runs with the appropriate gages. Inspect all finished products for accuracy to ensure product quality meets company standards. Report any non-conforming or defective material immediately to a supervisor. Generate programs or edits existing programs as required. Review programs for accuracy. May be required to operate multiple machines or functions internal to primary operations as circumstances permit. Accurately logs direct and indirect time to data collection software. Maintain safe operations of all machine tools and equipment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Exemplify Kingsbury\'s safety mindset by complying with all safety requirements and acts as a safety ambassador. Attends all company required trainings and meetings.
