WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience :
2 to 4 years of experience in electrical assembly or wiring preferred
Electrician apprentice experience a plus; Journeyman card not required
Skills :
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
Experience installing LV components (120–480V), AC/DC panels, circuit breakers, receptacles, conduit, and more
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Comfortable using a computer terminal to access technical documents
Mindset :
A team player who takes initiative and ensures high standards of quality
Willingness to support others and train less experienced teammates
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Install and wire electrical components, subassemblies, and systems in medium voltage switchgear
Build power circuits per design and engineering specs
Verify materials against the bill of materials (BOM)
Perform quality checks and confirm work is ready for final testing/inspection
Access technical drawings using computer terminals
Monitor material needs and communicate requests proactively
Train and guide other workers on proper techniques
Assist supervisor with reporting on production status and material usage
Maintain tools and keep the work area clean and organized
Follow all safety and quality protocols
