Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to work with large horizontal CNC mills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selecting and running jobs smoothly, ensuring quality standards by checking their own parts, and troubleshooting any issues.
Responsibilities
Operate large horizontal CNC mills.
Select and set up materials and jobs.
Ensure the part runs smoothly and meets quality standards.
Check parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machines.
Essential Skills
Experience with CNC machining.
Proficiency in blueprint reading.
Ability to set up machines.
Troubleshooting skills.
Experience operating large horizontal CNC mills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to cross-train on other equipment.
Strong attention to detail.

Work Environment
This position is based in a smaller shop equipped with all brand new machines. The facility is spacious, very clean, and houses large parts with large machines. The role operates on a 2nd shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Osceola, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
