・高性能フィルタの品質管理・品質保証（課長クラス）

・高性能フィルタ ウエハ製造工程の品質管理

・品質問題の早期発見と改善活動

Requirement

【経験】

・品質関連部門での業務経験

・マネジメント経験

【知識】

・品質保証/品質管理の基礎知識　(SPC / FMEA / 8D / FTAなど)

・半導体製造工程、半導体製品に関する知識

【ツール】

・マイクロソフトオフィス（エクセル、パワーポイントなど）

【語学】

・英語による最低限のコミュニケーション能力。簡潔な文書（eメール）作成。
