Legends Healthcare is a premier long term care company operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring Full-Time and Part-time (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurses at Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center located at 87 Staley Road Orwell, Ohio 44076.
Our team consists of experienced, energetic, dedicated, and compassionate RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.
We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to welcome our ever-growing team!

Qualifications of the LPN Position:
Must work well with other staff but be able to work independently
Must possess a current, uncumbered license to practice as LPN in Ohio
Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
Able to realte information concerning a resident's condition
(LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
Valid Ohio state license(s)
Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
Reliable transportation
Currently considering all availability (Full-Time, Part-Time) 7PM to 7:30AM with 30 Minute Break
