Responsibilities
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet production targets.
Communication Skills: Clear communication with both subordinates and superiors is crucial for effective coordination.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify issues in production processes and implement solutions efficiently.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.
Organizational Skills: Ability to organize workflows, schedules, and resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
Preferred qualification includes a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a related industrial field.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting is required.
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the processes and production methods applicable to the assigned area.
Possess basic knowledge of manufacturing systems, such as KBM and Kronos.
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, is advantageous.
Certification in a recognized Continuous Improvement process is desirable.
