Robert Half Provider Enrollment Coordinator in Orlando, Florida
Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Provider Enrollment Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will support independent medical practices by handling administrative tasks related to insurance enrollment, ensuring they can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. This is a Contract-to-Permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term growth in a company dedicated to improving healthcare services. This is a fully remote position, and we are seeking candidates located in the Orlando area to align with our team’s needs.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with the practice on providing onboarding and enrollment with governmental and commercial insurances.
• Complete and submit insurance enrollment applications on behalf of healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with medical practices to determine the most suitable insurance options for their needs.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure smooth enrollment processes and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all enrollment activities.
• Monitor application statuses and follow up with insurance companies as needed to ensure timely approvals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services and compliance with industry standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential problems to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and insurance requirements.
• Assist with scheduling and logistics to streamline provider enrollment processes.
Requirements
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare administration, insurance, credentialing, coding, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry, including insurance processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other administrative tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required with sufficient experience.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
