Job Description: [Join our local team as a proactive, engaged Operations Manager! Bring your experience and leadership to our thriving markets. As an Operations Manager, you'll liaison between commercial customers, our Account Representative and local crew to oversee short and long-term projects and maintenance. [[Qualifications: [Minimum 2 years' operations experience in a technical services industry [[Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory position [Current and valid driver's license Build long-term relationships with both customers and employees Communicate with regional Account Representative and customers to schedule jobs Written and verbal communication skills [Proficient with technology/ Microsoft suite [Decision-making, problems-solving and creative thinking Leadership: provide support and training for refinishers/reporting employees Ensure the quality of work on job sites meets the quality standard established [[Work with Sales team to organize and schedule jobs to be completed each week [[Work primarily weekdays, with flex for occasional nights or weekends [[Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Must be able to understand Spanish and communicate with Spanish speaking individuals.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 -- Base Salary Plus Bonus/Commission is the expectation for this position with additional income based on sales growth and benefits. There's no cap on bonus/commission pay!
