How do you excel in this position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide administrative support and assistance to our Engineering department. This role works closely with all departments, customers, management, subcontractors, outside service providers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include tracking submittals, RFIs, comment responses, and other engineering deliverables, with a strong emphasis on timely follow-up. The position also involves obtaining current quotes for engineered project parts, creating material order carts from engineered drawings, and generating essential project documentation-such as point-to-point checkout sheets and O&M manuals-using Engineering software. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate project tracking and performance metrics, update conformed drawing sets under the supervision of the project engineer, assist with basic design tasks and estimates, and contribute to smooth project execution through a variety of supporting duties.
What are we looking for
Associate degree in engineering or related STEM field required. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Two (2) years related administrative experience required.
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
