About this role

The Regional Sales Specialist (RSS) is responsible for supporting our Regional Sales Manager’s (RSM) and value-added resellers (VARs) in the West region, which include Northern California, Oregon, Western Washington, & Western Canada.

Duties will include providing quotes for new and existing systems, system support and software upgrade renewals (SUSP), maintaining data integrity and reporting, creating sales collateral, and promoting new product introductions to LenelS2 customers. Each day, the North American Sales team is working to meet some of the most unique and exciting global challenges.

This is a remote role for someone based in Pacific Northwest USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teammates on opportunities within specific territory and region

  • Deliver on financial objectives in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager’s (RSM)

  • Partner to execute on sales action plans to execute on company strategy effectively and efficiently

  • Provide active participation in sales activities required to achieve business success

  • Develop key sales competencies as required to maximize success, i.e., prospecting, lead generation, influencing, business acumen and business judgment

  • Accountable to effective execution of key deliverables, key metrics, and key activities

  • Participate in clear communication with your teammates and customers

  • Ensure connectivity with business imperatives

  • Develop strategic clarity and a clear understanding of assigned role, expectations, and performance

  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, and competition

  • Enable connections with proper internal resources to provide customers with value and ease of doing business

  • Add value to customers through growth and support activities i.e., product demonstrations, regional trade shows and product road shows

  • Collaborate and support all RFP and RFI responses and submittals

  • Execute on internal business deliverables with the appropriate timeframe

  • Provide productive strategic market feedback to the business

  • Build and execute on plans to support customer sales training needs

  • Manage and execute strategic initiatives and programs

  • Partner and manage the value-added resellers (VAR) relationship with RSM

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or sales support

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

  • Able to travel up to 45% of the time including Western Canada

Preferred Qualifications

  • AA/AS degree

  • Sales and sales support in access solutions in commercial domain

  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational and leadership skills

  • Sales skills including prospecting, negotiating, influencing, and selling

  • Interface and influence at all levels in the organization

  • Speak confidently in public and English written/verbal communication

  • Analytical and problem resolution skills

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Attention to detail

  • Proactive and high energy, strong customer focus and responsiveness, adaptable

  • Technically competent to run product demonstrations

  • Self-managed and goal oriented

  • Ethical and moral compass

Pay Range:

$76,516 - $107,122 Annually
