Inventory & Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Oregon, OH – Toledo Refinery (43616)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (20 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $ 20.00/hour
Assignment Type: Temp-to-perm
We are seeking a reliable Inventory & Customer Service Coordinator to join our onsite team. This part-time role supports both inventory control and customer service operations, ensuring product availability and responsive support to internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular inventory counts and restocking activities
Receive, inspect, and shelve incoming stock
Work with customers and vendors to resolve order or inventory issues
Assist with order entry, returns, expediting, and other administrative tasks
Provide professional and courteous service at customer locations
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (required)
2+ years of experience in inventory or customer service (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication
Must be able to travel to local customer sites
Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes, jeans, t-shirt (light industrial)
Perks: No nights or weekends; holidays off
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
