Inventory & Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Oregon, OH – Toledo Refinery (43616)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (20 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $ 20.00/hour

Assignment Type: Temp-to-perm

We are seeking a reliable Inventory & Customer Service Coordinator to join our onsite team. This part-time role supports both inventory control and customer service operations, ensuring product availability and responsive support to internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inventory counts and restocking activities

  • Receive, inspect, and shelve incoming stock

  • Work with customers and vendors to resolve order or inventory issues

  • Assist with order entry, returns, expediting, and other administrative tasks

  • Provide professional and courteous service at customer locations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED (required)

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory or customer service (preferred)

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication

  • Must be able to travel to local customer sites

Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes, jeans, t-shirt (light industrial)

Perks: No nights or weekends; holidays off

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
