Job Title: QA/QC ManagerJob Description

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for maintaining standards, quality, and production within construction projects. This role involves following established procedures while implementing new ones to ensure construction quality. The Quality Control Manager collaborates with Superintendents and Project Managers to maintain job site organization and proper use of construction materials.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the standards used in the building process on-site.

  • Ensure the construction process is efficient and effective from drawings to concept to project delivery.

  • Conduct construction inspections and correct any inefficiencies.

  • Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to maintain job site organization.

  • Implement and follow daily construction quality checklists.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a team of 40 workers and 6 management staff, with plans to expand to 300 workers and multiple production facilities. The site features a full office, break room, large production floor, and loading docks. The Sr. Project Manager on-site has been with the company for 26 years.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.89/hr.
